Spinal Energetics (SE) is a gentle, body-centered approach that works with the spine, nervous system, and body’s energy field. It helps reveal and release unconscious patterns, old trauma, and stored tension, allowing your energy to reorganize and flow freely. Through light touch and subtle cues, SE supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper embodiment, helping you feel more present, balanced, and connected to your body’s innate intelligence
-
Trauma-informed Breathwork is a somatic practice that uses conscious, intentional breathing to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mind-body integration. By focusing on the breath, you can access and release suppressed emotions, ease stress and anxiety, and create space for clarity, grounding, and self-awareness. Sessions are held in a safe container, where your unique experience is honored and supported.

Sessions conclude with integration practices such as Reiki, grounding, or reflection to support lasting benefits.

Yes, absolutely. You don’t need to have a specific goal or issue in mind. Spinal Energetics and Breathwork work with your body and nervous system to reveal what is ready to be addressed, supporting your overall well-being, clarity, and balance.
If you're unsure where to begin, you're also welcome to book a free 15-minute discovery call, a gentle space to connect, ask questions, and see what support may feel right for you. -
It depends on your intention, what you're currently navigating, and how your body and energy system integrate the work. Some people feel a significant shift after just one session, while others may benefit from ongoing support over time.
That said, the work I offer is not meant to foster dependency or become a lifelong support system; it’s here to empower you, reconnect you with your inner healing capacity, and walk with you for as long as it serves. There’s no pressure or expectation; we move with your pace, your readiness, and your truth. -
Come as you are; this work is beginner-friendly. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or recreational drugs before the session. Wear comfortable clothing and, if attending online, create a quiet, private space where you can relax and fully receive the session.
-
